Document Submission

Submit academic marksheet/grade sheet, character certificate, transfer certificate, birth registration, and photos.
Counseling & Entrance

Attend a short aptitude interaction session with faculty department heads to determine suitable stream and career paths.
Enrollment & Books
अन्तिम भर्ना र पाठ्यपुस्तक
Collect student identity card, class routine, and receive free government curriculum textbooks from the administration.
Required Documents Checklist
Please bring original documents along with 2 photocopies
- Birth Registration Certificate: Issued by the local Ward Office / Municipality
- Academic Grade Sheet / Marksheet: SEE Grade Sheet for +2 applicants, or previous class mark sheet
- Transfer / Character Certificate: From the previous school last attended
- Passport Size Photographs: 4 recent color photographs with student name on back
- Citizenship / Guardian ID Copy: Copy of father or mother citizenship card
Free Public Education Policy
In accordance with the Constitution of Nepal
Free Textbooks: All students up to Grade 10 receive 100% free government published textbooks.
Mid-Day Meal Scheme: Free wholesome hot meals are provided daily to primary school students.
Government Scholarships: Special stipends for Dalit, marginalized, differently-abled, and female students under municipal quota.
Nominal Institutional Fees: Only standard NEB board registration and examination exam paper fees are charged as fixed by government guidelines.
